Contracts
This will work only in select industries, but
it's certainly the most potent way to keep people coming back. Assuming you
continue giving good service, your customers will never leave you.
Hints and Tips:
1. Ensure that it's a win/win situation so they
spread the word about your business.

Until Further
Notice Deals
Can work extremely well, especially
for consumable (and that doesn't just mean edible) products. The idea is that
you continue to deliver the product until further notice. That is, until
they tell you to buzz off. You have their credit card number, and just charge
it each time you deliver. Obviously, there needs to be an incentive for the
customer to agree-convenience is one, but something financial will also help.
Hints and Tips:
1.
This
is a big benefit to you so offer strong incentives.
2.
Make
sure they are clear on the arrangement so they don't dispute it after you've
sent them several products.
